Andrew Coupar/Director Is a successful musician and music producer. As a music director he is responsible for setting up and running an international award winning music project and setting up a music programme in Catalonia working with young offenders in Barcelona. He also was the British connection of the EEC youth Radio.
Trevor Dilks/Director comes from a background in Fleet street photography and has been elected as a member of the Royal Photographic Society. He help set up the Link scheme a project working with famillies in crisis. He was also involved in setting up Drug Link He then developed an international award winning charity targeting young people and music in Europe and Africa.
Glyn Davies Director /voluteer rep. Has a degree in International Relations and Politics. He worked as Peter Mandelsons communications officer before becoming the sub-editor at the Daily Mail foreign affairs desk. He is responsible for all our policy/admin adherence.
Danny Jensen/Student rep. Danny has been with 4-am for over 5 years, he has grown up with most of our students, and has always kept a watchful eye on our more needy students. With his natural social skills he is the obvious choice for student rep.
Peter Blackett/Psycologist. is 4-am consultant on music therapy, Autism and Psychology. Peter has worked for over 15 years, all over Europe and the USA as a music therapist and is happy to advise us whenever we need clarification or constructive advice.

As part of our commitment to our community, 4-am offer support to all Artists, Musicians and Performers. We can help organising, Gigs, Exhibitions, promotions, representation and support to encourage our Artists to develop their profile within the community.
We are currently building a data base of contact details, galleries, gigs, exhibition space and information about other like minded artists.




4-am support other charitable projects around the world. At the moment we are working with Educational projects in Kashmir, India and Gambia. And a probation project in Catalonia.
